Shipping Options

All items purchased through the Id Clothing Boutique website are posted through Australia Post Registered Parcel Post. If you live within Australia you can choose between Standard Shipping for $10.00 or Express Shipping for $15.00. However, we offer FREE Standard Shipping for all Australian orders over $100.00. Free shipping will be applied at the checkout. IIf you live in New Zealand, we have a flat rate for Standard Shipping with tracking which is $30.00.  At this time, we only ship within Australia and New Zealand.

Alternatively, if you’d like to personally pick up your purchase in store, this is also an option. Please be sure to select Click & Collect during the checkout process. Your purchase will be available for collection once your order has been packed and you receive your confirmation email.

After this, come down to the store during our opening hours. Keep in mind Click & Collect orders may take 48 hours if stock needs to be transferred from our HQ. We also ask you to collect your purchase within 14 days of receiving your confirmation email.

You must provide your receipt as proof of purchase to collect your order. If you’re unable to collect your order and are sending someone else on your behalf, please arrange this with us beforehand via phone call or email. Under no circumstances will we give out purchased items without your permission.

You also have the option to select Authority to Leave (ATL), where Australia Post will leave your parcel in the safest place/at your door if no one is home to answer. If ATL is selected, Id Clothing and the nominated shipping carrier aren’t responsible if the parcel has been lodged as successfully delivered, as the customer nominated a non-secure delivery option.

If you don’t receive your parcel delivered via ATL, it’ll not be replaced or reimbursed unless otherwise required by law. Our customer care team however will do their very best to contact the shipping carrier to locate your order.

Delivery Times

Your purchase is processed within 1-2 business days of being made and is sent from HQ in Perth, Western Australia. Orders placed before 12pm (AWST) will be posted out on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be posted out on the following Monday. Please note we don’t post items on weekends or WA public holidays. If you do make a purchase on one of these days, we’ll promptly post it on the next business day.

The above timeframes are dependent on Australia Post’s delivery schedule and delays may occur beyond our control. They can also change depending on the time of year, holiday period or severe weather.

In the case you’ve accidentally entered the wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately on (08) 9339 0025 or info@idclothingboutique.com.au and if your order hasn’t been dispatched already we’ll update for you accordingly. If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days after receiving your confirmation email, please email us and we’ll look into your delivery immediately.

Tracking Your Order

 Once your order has been carefully packed and posted, a tracking number is issued to you via email that’ll enable you to track your parcel with Australia Post. If you’re not home at the time of delivery and have not selected ATL, you’ll be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your nearest Australia Post office.

Additional Notes

Id Clothing will not be held accountable for parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post or other shipping carrier. If an order is not received on your end, we’ll do everything we can to locate your parcel and lodge an investigation if required.

It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided and isn’t updated before the parcel is dispatched, Id Clothing cannot offer reimbursement.
